Meet The Heart Of Quadmatics
We are a small team of buy side and sell side traders who thrive on challenges and solving problems. We have built businesses in past, architected SaaS systems, regularly trade multiple asset class, and now build stock apps that serve our needs and hopefully yours.
We take delight in working with the most sophisticated technology platforms on the most alluring problems in the most exciting areas of finance.
We help institutional investors make the best of predictive analysis by providing them the latest directional forecasts, tagged with key overnight change of global market sentiments.
On How It All Started
The biggest motivation that kept us pushing onwards was our own self desperation and struggle to come up with a classic price-time theorem for daily intraday bets. Discovering explosive moves early almost seemed impossible, and there were no option to anticipate breakouts. The failures of rationalising a good trade-setup gave us enough perseverance to think out of the box and lookout for novel solutions with an open mind.
We always believed there is a sweetspot in every trade that carries the greatest return at the lowest risk. Much like being in a trend or momentum. With this in mind we built Quadmatics - a set of algos to uncover stocks that can make the fastest moves and put on the strongest inertia.
Predicting the market is the guiding principle in everything we do. Each and everyday we are committed to predict it a bit better and we will not stop until we get it right.
Where The Best Gets Even Better
Quadmatics is where bright, young talented minds turn and attack interesting and challenging market problems. The pace is fast and rigorous, collaborative not cutthroat. Decisions are driven by logic and approach. You focus on what you do best. No distractions.
Brilliant minds will push constantly to raise your own bar. We count among us who brings up when we are wrong and talk openly about our mistakes. Staying humble propels us to question our perceived assumptions, and to update our views on new arguments. Decision making is as decentralized as reasonably possible. Any brilliance is supported, celebrated and rewarded.
